The business skills visa is intended to attract successful business people needed to develop Australia’s profile in the international market place as well as creating/managing successful businesses within the Australian community.

Business Owner (Provisional) Visa is for successful business owners who intend to own, and use their skills in the operation of an Australian business and participate at a senior management level.

To qualify for this visa  applicants must have assets of at least AU$200 000 in a business turning over at least $500 000 annually. You must have had this business at least 2 years of the 4 years immediately prior  to your visa application.

You can apply for permanent residency if you have assets of $100 000 in an Australian business of which you are at least part owner turning over at least $300 000. You must also have personal and business assets of at least $250 000 for at least 12 months immediately before applying for your permanent residency.    Please contact us for more details regarding other categories of Business Visa.
